"Wellness" - it means different things for each of us and it is highly personal. But a couple of things are certain: 1) Wellness is more than just a number on a scale or how you feel in a pair of jeans. It's your total well-being. 2) Wellness comes from within. It is your own commitment to goals that you have identified.
Wellness coaching is about partnership. I believe you have many of the answers already and the insight and ability to figure out the rest. So my goal as a wellness coach is to help you prioritize and stay emotionally connected to your longer term wellness vision. I believe in you and I'm here to help.
The coaching process begins with an in-depth discussion of your personal wellness goals and why they matter to you personally. From that process, we co-develop a wellness vision that is your blueprint. Then we dig down even further to set three month goals - and from those goals, we get to work on weekly, manageable goals. We will talk, I will truly listen, and we will reflect, learn and move forward. And you will find out what you can achieve and build long-lasting positive changes in your life.
Wellness coaching sessions can be done by phone, allowing me to work with you wherever you are.
