Through personal training, we work on tailored programs to your specific needs. I work with all levels of fitness and truly find joy in helping people achieve their goals. Due to my own busy life with three children, my training is limited to the Upper East Side of Manhattan and ideally at my home base, Exceed Physical Culture.
For those of you who like a group workout, I teach group classes at Exceed, where we specialize in functional fitness training and full body, plyometric and strength training and interval training at BodMod fitness. In addition, I lead a community run club each Tuesday on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. We meet every Tuesday morning at 9:30. Best of all, our run club is FREE! Contact me for more information.
