Healthy Living Revolution. My company's mission is to inspire healthy living around the world and give people resources that make getting healthy simple, fun and easy. One of the main ways we do that is through our Healthy Living Revolution website and more specifically, through our line of whole food based nutrition.
Dr. Mark Hyman. I have a HUGE nerd crush on Dr. Hyman. He's really curious and willing to continue to explore topics and his own beliefs. His "Broken Brain" series is simply phenomenal and he explores a bunch of topics in his "Farmacy" podcast. Chris Kesser. Chris is thought leader in ancestral health and functional medicine and has moved into really looking at how other lifestyle factors affect health.
Dr. Axe. Dr. Josh Axe is a natural doctor with great advice and terrific You Tube videos.
